My favourite handpicked shampoo is the Four A Ventures Amla and shikakai shampoo which has Amla and shikakai as its ingredients.

Being a significant source of essential vitamins, Shikakai gives a collagen boost to the scalp. It also prevents free radical damage by working as a great source of anti oxidant.

Amla contains vitamin C whose surplus can help to bring pre-mature greying of hair to a halt. It also works effectively for treatment of dandruff.

The high iron and carotene content also initiates hair growth.

It contains Sodium Lauryl Ether sulfate, Coco Betaine, Cocomonoethanolamide, Cocodiethanolamide, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Aloe Vera Exact, Perfume, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Methyl Paraben, Citric Acid and Propyl Paraben.

I am not so sure about hairfall but this shampoo effectively treats the dandruff.

  2. I remember that my grandmother used to tell us the benefits of amla and shikakai for hair. I was actually looking for a herbal shampoo. Will give this one a try. The price seems to be quite fair also.
