High Blood Sugar is a sign of the occurrence of Diabetes.
Blood glucose is the main source of our energy and it comes from the diet we eat . Insulin is a hormone which is made by the pancreas to help glucose from food to get into your cells so that It can be used for energy. Sometimes our body does not make enough or maybe any insulin or does not use insulin well.
Glucose then stays in your blood and does not reach out to your cells.
Over time, having too much glucose in your blood can also cause health problems. Though it has no cure , you can take steps to manage it and can try to maintain at a level.
Sometimes people do call it as borderline diabetes. These terms basically suggest that someone does not really have diabetes or maybe has a less serious case, but every case is equally serious.
