Targeted ketogenic diet which is also known as TKD This diet allows you to add on carbs around  the workouts.
High in protein keto diet: This is similar to SKD, but includes more proportion of protein. This ratio is often 60% of fat, 35% of protein and 5% of carbs.
However, only the standard and high-protein ketogenic diets have been studied vastly. targeted ketogenic diets are more advanced and are usually  used by bodybuilders or athletes.
